- Usage data: which tools you use and when, to show you your activity history on your dashboard.
- Uploaded files: files you upload to use our tools (e.g. PDFs, images) are processed temporarily and deleted automatically after processing. We do not permanently store your uploaded content.
- Analytics data: if you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymized usage statistics via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
How we use your information
- To provide and maintain the tools and features of ToolHub
- To keep you logged in and show your usage history
- To improve the website based on how it is used (only with consent)

Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted third-party services to operate ToolHub, including:
- Render — hosting and database infrastructure
- Google — for optional Google Sign-In and, with consent, analytics
- Microsoft Clarity — with consent, for anonymized session analytics
Data retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Uploaded files are deleted automatically after each tool finishes processing them.
